Four roles keep screens simple and data safe: owner, manager, cashier and kitchen. Sign in with email, or use a venue code, staff code and PIN on shared POS and kitchen screens.

- **PIN sign-in:** a venue code, staff code and PIN start a shift on a shared tablet.
- **Lockout:** five wrong PINs lock that staff code for 15 minutes.
- **Short sessions:** terminal sessions end on their own after a shift.
- **Audit trail:** orders, payments and settings changes are recorded with who did them and when.
- **Your data stays yours:** every record belongs to one restaurant and is never visible to another.
