Plan with numbers, not hunches

DineMate learns from your own order history and combines it with local weather and the Indian festival calendar to forecast the week ahead.

  • Sales forecast: daily revenue for the next 7 days with a likely range, compared with what actually happened.
  • Prep quantities: how many portions of each item to prepare tomorrow, with a small buffer.
  • Busy periods: the hours when you are likely to peak, so you can roster staff and prep in time.
  • Recommendations: plain-language suggestions such as which pairs to promote together.
  • Customer patterns: what guests buy together, how often they come back and which items are gaining or fading.

How it works, briefly

A gradient-boosted model is blended with a simple same-weekday average, and the blend is chosen by testing on recent days the model has not seen. If the model does not beat the simple average for your restaurant, DineMate leans on the average. Models retrain every day. You need at least 28 days of order history to start.
