Using DineMate

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act for the restaurant you register.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees; prices exclude GST at 18%, which is added to your invoice. New restaurants get a 14-day free trial. You can change plan or cancel from Settings. Invoices that remain unpaid after their due date can lead to suspension of the account.

Your data and responsibilities

You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices and tax settings, for confirming payments you receive, and for the conduct of staff accounts you create.

Payments

DineMate records payments and helps you track them. UPI payments go to the UPI ID you provide and are not held by DineMate. A payment shown as unverified has not been confirmed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other restaurants’ data, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity.

Availability and liability

We work to keep DineMate available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
