Take counter orders without a separate system
Cashiers add items from a touch-friendly menu, choose dine-in (with a table) or takeaway, and take payment on the spot.
- Fast cash: an exact-amount button and quick note chips; the change is calculated for you.
- UPI at the counter: show a UPI QR on screen, or open the guest’s UPI app; confirm when the money lands.
- Receipts: print an 80 mm receipt from the browser, with your name, items, tax and payment method.
- Open orders: see everything in progress, collect payment later, mark orders complete.
- Cashier role: counter staff sign in with a staff code and PIN and only see what they need.
Counter orders use exactly the same server-side pricing as guest orders and show up on the kitchen board like any other ticket.
