Everyone knows what is happening
Orders, menus and settings update live without refreshing. Staff can turn on push alerts on their devices; guests can opt in to a notification, and the tracking page buzzes and chimes the moment their order is ready.
- Live tracking: guests follow Received, Preparing and Ready on their own phone.
- Ready buzz: vibration where the browser allows it, a chime, and a flashing tab title.
- Push notifications: new-order alerts for staff devices and ready alerts for guests who ask for them.
- Guest-friendly: returning guests see their recent orders, and no account is ever needed.
Push notifications need an https connection. On iPhone they work once the site is added to the Home Screen.
