Four roles keep screens simple and data safe: owner, manager, cashier and kitchen. Sign in with email, or use a venue code, staff code and PIN on shared POS and kitchen screens.
- PIN sign-in: a venue code, staff code and PIN start a shift on a shared tablet.
- Lockout: five wrong PINs lock that staff code for 15 minutes.
- Short sessions: terminal sessions end on their own after a shift.
- Audit trail: orders, payments and settings changes are recorded with who did them and when.
- Your data stays yours: every record belongs to one restaurant and is never visible to another.
